Mathematics AA and AI, Biology, Chemistry and Physics are live, with Business Management, Economics, Computer Science, ESS and Sports, Exercise and Health Science rolling out. Subjects marked 'Coming soon' already support AI exam generation while the topic question bank is being built.

What do the plans cost?

One subject is $19.99 AUD per month or $109.99 per year. All subjects is $29.99 per month or $249.99 per year. There is also a one-off Session Pass for $89.99 covering the exam session.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Accepted Answer

Open the settings menu, go to Billing, and choose Manage billing. That opens the secure customer portal where you can switch plans, update your card or cancel. Access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.

My payment failed — what now?

Check that your card details and billing address are current in the billing portal, then retry. Bank declines are the most common cause. If it still fails, send us a support request and we'll help.

How do tutor codes work?

If a tutor gave you a code, enter it on the pricing page before checkout. It gives 5% off and stays linked to your account. Only one code per account, and codes don't stack with other discounts.

What are the free account limits?

Free accounts get 2 AI-generated exams, 3 AI Examiner markings, 3 Tutor Assist requests and 2 timed exams per month. Your remaining usage is shown in the banner before you start.

Are there limits on paid plans?

Paid plans are unlimited for your subjects apart from a fair-use cap of 5 generated papers per day, which keeps generation fast and reliable for everyone.

How many questions can one generated paper have?

Custom papers can include up to 20 short or extended response questions. Predefined IB paper formats keep their official question counts, so a Chemistry SL Paper 1 still gives you 30 multiple choice questions.

How does the AI Examiner mark my work?

It compares your response to the question's existing mark scheme and awards marks point by point, returning feedback that never reproduces the mark scheme wording verbatim. Results feed your Syllabus Point Tracker.

Can I answer with a diagram?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Questions that ask you to draw, sketch or plot show a drawing canvas with templates such as grid paper, axes, triangles and circuit frames. You can review the image before submitting, and the AI grades the drawing visually.

What is timed exam mode?

Timed mode runs a countdown for the whole paper to simulate real exam conditions. You can also defer marking until the end, then read a post-exam review with topic-by-topic performance and a study plan.

Are the papers official IB exams?

No. Every paper is either curated by the IBBase team or AI-generated in IB style. They are practice materials and are not official IB examination papers.
